Getting the energy strategy right from the outset is key to designing low carbon, energy efficient buildings.
Taking into consideration site restraints, we can use building optimisation and heat loss analysis to identify the most cost effective low and zero carbon options for heating, cooling and ventilation and come up with a comprehensive energy strategy.
This strategy is then set out in an Energy Statement to fulfil all planning and employer requirements, whether the scheme is looking to achieve compliance with Building Regulations or achieve BREEAM Outstanding certification.
