Part L compliance and EPC for new net zero CO2 emissions Lidl store in Ipswich.
New Lidl store in Ipswich, Suffolk. Sustainability By Design provided Part L advice from RIBA stage 4 through to completion and issue of the energy performance certificate. The scheme included an impressive 178.5kWp solar PV array on the roof, resulting in net zero opertaional emissions for the building.
