New three storey teaching and dining block at Heathersett Academy, Norfolk. SBD carried out a full thermal modelling assessment to inform design in terms of energy performance, ventilation and overheating risk in order to meet stringent DFE standards. The scheme included Breathing Buildings passive ventilation units, air source heat pumps and solar PV.
